For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer' and Red Rose Wedding Car Hire is referred to as ‘the company'.

•  Booking are only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.

•  The deposit required for each car is 50%. Only in exceptional circumstances and at the company's complete discretion is the deposit refundable.

•  The balance of the booking fee must be paid, in full, at least 14 days before the date of the event otherwise no service will be provided.

•  The company requires immediate notification of cancellation of the event. Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due. Should cancellation occur within 4 weeks of the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

•  No smoking is allowed in our vehicles as it is against the law.

•  Our cars are maintained to the highest standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or any other incident, the company accepts no liability (except in the case of death or personal injury) whatsoever for the consequences of such an occurrence. The company will undertake whatever measures it considers in its complete discretion are reasonably necessary to complete the hiring, which may include providing an alternative vehicle. Any refund of part or all of the booking fee is at the company's complete discretion.

•  Our cars are cleaned to the highest standard, and will be checked over and cleaned again shortly before arrival. However, the company accepts no liability nor responsibility for clothing or personal belongings becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of bad weather.

•  The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the company's vehicles howsoever caused by the hirer or any other passengers.

•  The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

•  Bookings are accepted on the basis that the hirer accepts these terms and conditions unconditionally and without amendment. Payment of the deposit signifies acceptance.
